Year 6 gymnastics

Year 6 are currently practising a body management routine in Gymnastics.
They started by explaining what flexibility and strength are and why they are good attributes to have in all sports. We then discussed how we could improve these and came up with an efficient and in depth stretching routine to use before gymnastics lessons.
We then began our routine which starts with skipping, a dish and a roll to arch.
