Chess Tournament - Day Thirteen

12 Feb 2015

Hello,

Today at the Tournament, Shannon (4EL) played Alex (6LW).

Unfortunately, I had to leave the classroom briefly to speak to Miss Addai and by the time I returned, the game had finished and both players had vanished, so no photographic record of the contest exists.

However, in the spirit of consistency, here is a photograph of Bobby Fischer and Boris Spassky from 1972, engaged in perhaps the most famous chess game ever played.

Apologies to Shannon and Alex.

More tomorrow.

Mr. Oakley

I think you'll find that is the second most famous chess game ever played. There is no photographic record of the most famous! LOL Alex
