Good Morning! 25.03.20

24 Mar 2020

                              Good Morning Everyone!

This morning I got a message on my phone to remind me that today would have been the day that we would have gone on our school trip to the Natural History museum. That made made me a bit sad.

But then I got to thinking...

What if we could go on a trip…

and if the trip started here … at the beach

And then we saw something incredible at the National History Museum … (did you spot Mary Anning?)

And finally we met some experts from the Lapworth Museum who shared amazing finds with us.

I went on this trip whilst sitting in my kitchen and it really cheered me up!

I hope you will go too!

Tell me what you enjoyed, what wowed you, what were your favourite parts?

Leave a message in the comments section!

Thank you for sharing this! The video of the beach is where we collect most of our fossils. We usually start on the Lyme Regis side and make our way toward the Charmouth side and have learned which parts of the beach have the most fossils. We also really liked the animation of the pliosaur. We have been lucky to find 2 bits of bone from one a creature like it! From Elliot
