Ancient Egypt - The River Nile

For this lesson all the year threes met in the main hall. We used different coloured materials to represent Egypt and and the River Nile. We learnt about the importance of the River Nile and some of the key features. We had key words about the River Nile to help us.

After our lesson in the hall we wrote down what we've learnt about the River Nile on sheets of 'blue river paper'. We put this information on our class display to represent the River Nile.
We also added key words to a map of the River Nile.
