Fossils - Shared Reading

We linked one of our Guided Reading Sessions to our Science Lessons about Fossils.
In pairs we had to look at Non-Fiction books about fossils.
Here we are discussing the features of Non-Fiction books.
We used the Glossary to learn the meanings of new vocabulary.
Some of the fossil names were very hard to pronounce so we had to sound them out and then blend to read the words.
