Our own Poem

16 Jul 2015

I have a friend Ben
And he is ten
We saw a drill
Who is owned by Bill

I saw a bear
And it ripped out my hair

I have a broken bone
I fell over a stone
I saw the moon in the night
It was very bright

I can see the rain
It is such a pain
I can see a snail
and it has a tail

It is pouring with rain
It is such a pain
I can see a big bee
He is looking at my golden key

I can see a snail
It has a tail
I see a wing
It has a ring

I can see a bird it is flying
The bird is very high
I can see the door
I can also see the floor

I can see the rain
It is on the lane
The sea is wide
I saw the tide

I am on the swing
I can see that thing
I am out
I am about

I bought butter
It was better
I can see a bee
I can see a key

I can see the rain
I can smell it in my brain
I see the bee
I see the key

I have a bed
And it is red
I heard the phone Bing
Telling me of its ring

I have a bed
And it is red
I am Ted
My friend is Fred

I am in the rain
It is such a pain
I want to say
It is a beautiful day

My mum is the best
She helps me rest
The bird has a nest
I think it is the best

I love to play
And I use clay

I love the iPad’s and you
We can play with some fuel
There is a boy
And he has a new toy

I can see the rain
It’s such a pain
I washed my sink
And it is pink

Have you seen the rat?
I think it just went in my hat
With my friend I went too an animal fair
There were birds and bees there

I saw a monster with terrible
Claws and terrifying roars
I hide from a big fat cat
Then I saw it lying on the mat

 I can see the rain
It was such a pain
I saw a bee
He liked my key

I had some porridge
I want some more
But I can’t keep score

I can see the moon
As well as my spoon
I see a golden chain
It got stuck in the drain

I can see the key
I can see the bee
I can see the reason
I can see the season
I can count to one
I can also run
I got a friend
And she bends

I am scared of thunder and lightning
It is very frightning
I will take a leap
The hill was very steep

I saw a black track in the thunder
I made a big blunder
I saw the light
It was night

When it was play the teacher rang the bell
I was still playing with my shell
That afternoon at play I fell
I wished for a new wishing well

I can count to one
I can run
I can see the sun
It is fun
