Or is it?

We had a lot of fun perfecting our
foot-eye-hand co-ordiantion.

The 'catch' is....
Keep your eye on the sea creature.
Step down on the edge.
If you step too hard the creature will go flying through the air.
If you don't step hard enough the creature will just fall over.
The 'catch' is to find the perfect balance between the 2.
