Good morning 2KC!

08 Jun 2020

Good morning 2KC!

Welcome to week 2 of our final term. I hope you are all well and you have had a great weekend.  What a change in the weather! Did you see the thunderstorm on Saturday? Thunder, lightning, hail storm, rain and that was all in one half hour!!! Even though the weather wasn’t great, my family and I went for our long walks in the forest.  My boys enjoyed splish splashing in muddy puddles! What did you get up to during your weekend?

Another week of home learning begins....This week you have your daily maths and english tasks as well as your weekly spelling, reading and religious education task – see the homework section.  Please explore our homepage – there’s lots of fun indoor and outdoor activities for you to enjoy and keep busy.  If you have Show and Tell, please upload your photos to this page. Thank you so much for sending me your work, photos, audio clips and videos last week.  Please see our homepage for the Celebration Of Our Home Learning Part 7. You are doing an amazing job with your home learning.  I am so proud of you!

I’ve put together some riddles that will hopefully make you chuckle……. Comment below if you think you know the answers.
  1. What do you call a dinosaur that is sleeping?
  2. Why did the teddy bear say no to dessert?
  3. What do you get when you cross a vampire and a snowman?
  4. What did one plate say to the other plate?
  5. What is a witch’s favourite subject in school?
  6. What animal is always at a baseball game?
Happy Monday everyone! I miss you more each day!

Lots of loveheart
Mrs Chetty
