Good morning 2KC!
29 Jun 2020
Good morning lovely 2KC!
I hope you are all well and didn’t get caught up in some of the rain we’ve experienced over the weekend. I enjoyed two long lovely walks with my family and Rubble during the weekend. Rubble enjoyed stepping into muddy puddles, however, he wasn’t very pleased when we had to bathe him! I also had fun baking a yummy lemon drizzle cake with my boys and we had enjoyed doing the Skittles experiment, which can be found on our homepage in the Science section, if you wish to have a go.
Can you believe that July starts this week? There are only 3 weeks left of the school year and it has certainly been a very strange one for us all! Despite the strangeness, I am super proud of how hard you are all working with your home learning and keeping busy. Keep trying your best! A massive thank you to those of you who were able to send your work and photos last week. You can see this on our homepage Celebrating Our Home Learning Part 10. This week, you have your daily maths and english task. Your Virtual Sports activity for today is called Target zone. Please see the website for further details and remember to email your photos and videos to school. If you have Show and Tell, you can upload your photos on this page. It was lovely speaking to you last week and I am looking forward to hearing what you have been up to since then, this week.
I am really looking forward to seeing all of you on, Thursday the 16th of July 2020, for our socially distanced class transition meeting. I have emailed your parents this morning regarding the bubble you will be in. I have tried to accommodate friendship groups as much as possible. Please let me know if you will not be coming to school on the 16th of July.
Wishing you a fun and safe week ahead. Thinking of you!
Lots of love,
Mrs Chetty
