Good morning lovely 2KC!
I hope you are all doing well and you are having a great week. Remember to have a look on our website for today’s Virtual Sports Day 4: Standing Long Jump challenge. Have lots of fun, wear your house colour with pride and email your video or photo to school. More hot weather is expected today so make sure you follow the staying safe in the sun safety tips and keep cool. I am going to be in school today, so I will reply to your messages when I get a chance or later in the day.

On our READING homepage, I have included a link to a book called 'Rain Before Rainbows' written by Smriti Halls and illustrated by David Litchfield. Walker Books has released this book as a free eBook to raise awareness for Save the Children’s ' Save with Stories' campaign, which is helping children most affected by the coronavirus pandemic. The rainbow has become an incredible symbol of hope and optimism during this time and they hope that this uplifting story can be a source of comfort and light to children and families, and that it inspires anyone who is able to do so.
