Vestry House Museum Trip Letter

Vestry House Museum Wednesday 21st October
 
 
Dear Parents/Carers,                                                                  30/9/15
 
We are taking both year 4 classes to The Vestry House Museum on Wednesday 21st October. We will be travelling by bus from Highams Park.
 
4JL will travel in the morning and will be leaving school at 9.15 promptly on Wednesday and will be back at school after lunch. 4LW will leave school at 11.30 and will be back at school for the end of the day.
 
We will be travelling by bus to Hoe Street and then walking down to the museum and then after lunch, walking to get the bus back to school.
 
There is a cost of £2.00 per child for this outing. Please provide your online payment and authorise the trip via the school shop. (If you are unable to make a payment online, please sign and return the consent form together with the cash in a marked envelope to your child’s class teacher by Friday 9th October)
 
If your child is eligible and registered for Free School Meals, we are able to subsidise educational visits, including residential trips through Pupil Premium funds.  Please tick the relevant box on the reply slip.  If you are unsure as to whether your child is eligible for Free School Meals or would like more information please do speak to the school office or visit www.walthamforest.gov.uk.  We assure parents that all matters regarding Free School Meals and the use of Pupil Premium funds are treated with discretion and in confidence.
 
Children will need:
 
  • Packed lunch in a rucksack or shoulder bag in case the weather is nice, we will eat our lunch in the park before coming back to school. (No fizzy drinks or glass bottles)
  • Sensible footwear and raincoat if necessary.
  • School uniform.
