Logistics for Stubbers

Dear Parents and Carers,
Ahead of Stubbers tomorrow, here is some essential information.
Clothing
Please send your child to school in their practical clothing suitable for the trip. Pupils are
not expected to be in school uniform.
Luggage Drop-off
This will take place in the Main Hall from 08:35. Please make your way via the normal route into school. Ensure all luggage and items are labelled with your child's name, and that their day bag remains with them.
Mobile phones, electronic devices, and money are not permitted for this trip. Please support us by reinforcing this with your child.
Medication
There will be a station set up outside the doors leading to 6TC for any outstanding medication to be handed in, led by Mrs McDermott. Please ensure all medication is in a resealable transparent plastic bag with your child's name, dosage amount, and time to be taken.
Coach Send-off
A reminder that this will take place at 10:30. Members of staff will support with baggage handling. Please allow us space to do this.
