Year 6 - Mr Mussell Home

Good morning 6SM, 

Here we are again! Learning from home, checking out the website and meeting on Zoom.

Well done for an epic first term, its been lovely and I am so proud of all your hardwork - you should be too! You have been resilient throughout and embraced the challenge of these strange times by making every day fun, enjoyable and full of learning. You have achieved so much already!

Secondly, I'd like to thank you and your parents and carers for your kind words, cards, presents and messages. I wish you all a very happy Christmas.  2021 will be a very special time as Year 6 move on to Secondary School and I am sure it is going to be both an emotional and wonderful time!

So, on to the next three days:

• Each day you will find an activity on our Home Learning Page.  There will be fun activities that you can attempt in the morning. Today is a lovely writing task, tomorrow will be a History task based on our topic Ancient Greece and on Thursday it will be a Maths task where you have to try and crack the code to help out Santa.
• Each day we will have a Zoom meeting.  Our meeting will take place at 1.00pm and the meeting details are below.  In each meeting we will discuss the learning from the morning and also play some games or quizzes.
• Another option is to attempt the home learning lessons that are already there.  There are also the homework extension activities that you may not have tried yet.  Have a look if you want to extend your learning.
