Summer starts here!

We started off the summer term in Year 6 with an exciting new book to read in English. We're reading the graphic novel version of
The Hobbit by JRR Tolkien.
The children have been looking at various aspects of Tolkien's narrative style with the aim of creating a piece of work in that style. See below for examples of the work we have created so far.
In Maths, we have been working on consolidating our knowledge of data representation through the various types of charts (pie charts, bar charts, line graphs, pictograms). We have also been using our investigation skills to problem solve.
