A Special Visitor!

Yesterday we had a very special visitor. Dale, Site Manager/Caretaker at Handsworth Primary School came to say hello and to tell us all about his role at Handsworth.
Here are some of the things that the children remembered after Dale's visit:
"Dale fixes things".
"Dale paints the classrooms".
"Dale gets our toys down from the roof".
"Dale makes sure that the boiler and the lights are working so that we can stay warm and so that we can see".
"Dale makes sure we have soap and toilet paper".
"Dale sweeps the leaves away and picks up the rubbish".
"Dale checks the burglar alarm and if it goes off he has to come and check the school - he is very brave!"
Thank you Dale for telling us all about your job! We can't wait to come and help you!!
