1DL Lola, Phoeve, Lola-Rose, Evie

19 Jun 2013

The children in 1DL have enjoyed lots of creative activities based on the book "The Snail and the Whale".

In the story, the snail goes on a journey with the whale, but the whale gets stuck on the beach. So the snail gets help from the local school.  Luckily the firebrigade rescue the whale.

We watched an episode of Newsround.
We pretended to be news reporters and interviewed the characters about the incident with the whale.

Have a look at our news report.
We would love to read your comments.
