Maths - Comparing Weights

06 Jun 2015

In Maths we've been learning how to compare different weights.

We used balance scales to compare weights.

We firstly compared different objects to see which one is the heaviest and which one is the lightest.

After that we weighed small objects and we used weights that weigh less than 20 grams.

Next we weighed bigger objects and we used weights that weigh more than 20 grams.

For the last task we compared a variety of weights and we had to write down which amount of smaller weights will make up a bigger weight eg. 20g + 20g + 10g = 50g
