Happy Eid from 1JL!

EID MUBARAK!
HAPPY EID!
Aleena's mum, Shahana, very kindly offered to come into 1JL and tell us all about Eid and make Eid cards with us. We learnt how to give each other an Eid hug and Shahana also read us a lovely story called "The Jolly Jammat".

Happy Eid. I enjoyed learning about the Eid hug and seeing everyone celebrating. You look like you had a happy learning day.

Thanks for having me Miss Lewis and 1JL. The children were fantastic at making cards, saying Eid Mubarak and my most favourite part, the Eid hug!!! Great listening. What a cool class. :)
