Taking turns

We played snakes and ladders and we made sure we all take turns.
Mrs Demirbasa taught us how to play Ludo.
"Is it your turn or mine?"
"...3, 4, 5, 6... You are on this block now."
"I think I'm going to land on number 8."
"This is so much fun!"
"If you land on this block you can go up the ladder."
"First I need to roll the dice."
"It is my turn next."
"Careful, you don't want to go down the snake's body!"
"Move your counter 6 blocks forward."
We were allowed to use the snakes and ladders on the playground. Did you see the size of our die?
