Year 5 - Mr Dawes Homework

Good morning Year 5,

Each day this week we will post activities focused on your transition from Year 5 to Year 6.  Some of them will be fun ones that you may like to do.  Others may focus on Maths and English skills.  Have a look at them and use the ones that suit you best.

If you have not been in to school and haven't had the chance to do your end of Year reflection, you can do so here.  It goes alongside your report from your teacher so please take your time and think about the year just gone and the one ahead.

Here is a general overview of the Year 6 curriculum.  You may like to go through this with an adult in your household.  They may like to have a look in preparation for next year.  Please note the History topics will be different.

Fill out this transition booklet and tell your teacher lots about you.  You can complete it and bring it in at the start of next term if you'd like your teacher to read it.  It is interesting for us to read and find out new things about you.
