Maths Thursday 30th April

29 Apr 2020

Good morning Year 5,

Welcome to today's maths lesson; a few more challenges on reading and interpreting tables.

Thank you to those children who have highlighted a mistake in an answer in each of the last two lessons.  It just shows how easy it is to make a mistake and why we need to check our answers thoroughly so I will be checking extra carefully now.  However, it also shows that some of you are checking yourselves and are confident in your approach to maths which is great to see.  We are consistently impressed with your efforts.  Well done.

Enjoy the lesson and let us know how you are getting on with it.  Don't forget that you have been sent MyMaths homework that supports the line graph and table work so have a look if you haven't already.

Also check the website today for an update on our Zoom meetings.  They will be an hour earlier than planned (1230pm for 5SR and 1pm for 5RT) so please check for details.
