Project opportunities - Science

19 Mar 2020

Science activities:

While you are at home you could carry out some Science experiments of your own.  Write up the experiments in your book using the following headings:

Introduction
Equipment
Variables
Prediction
Method
Results
Conclusion

Here are a couple of links to give you some ideas:

https://mommypoppins.com/kids/50-easy-science-experiments-for-kids-fun-educational-activities-using-household-stuff

https://redtri.com/classic-science-experiments/slide/6

Have a look through these with an adult and see what experiments you could do in your own home! Make sure you ask for permission first.

Another fun activity you can do is look at some of the interesting websites below to continue enjoying our fantastic Science learning from this year.  Watch the videos, read the information and make sure you write down any intersting facts that you find out.  You could also create your own lesson presentation and teach the class what you have learnt when we come back to school.

If you'd like to show us anything you do while you are at home, submit your work below:

Enjoy!
