3RT Floor routine - GYM

11 Feb 2015

This term we have been practising a floor routine in our gym topic.  Each week we added steps and on Tuesday performed the whole routine for the first time.

Can you remember each step?

What was your favourite one?

What would you have added to the routine and why?

What was important to remember during the routine?

Here is Oliver performing his 'special move'.

Watch out for all the fantastic cartwheels!!

Isabella gives a demonstration to the group.

I think the floor routine was great. The forward roll and the shoulder stand and the press up bit were easy but the backwards roll, the arabess and the cartwheel were hard for me. I thought it was a good challenge and as we say in 3RT we like a good challenge!! from Frank
