Homework Week 4: Due 6.10.22

All homework is due on Thursday 6th October.

Poetry: memorise your favourite poem for the class to recite on National Poetry Day on Thursday.

Comprehension: 
Read these pages on Conductors and Insulators and answer the questions below in your Homework/Spelling book in full sentences:
  1. Why is the inside of a wire made from copper?
  2. Why is a plug made out of plastic?
  3. What is the best metal conductor? Why don’t we use it in wires?
  4. Give an example of a non-metal conductor.
  5. What is a semi-conductor?
Once you have answered the questions, you can mark them: Conductors and Insulators Answers.

Should your child require help with their homework, please encourage them to attend homework club on Monday lunchtimes.
