Visit to Waltham Forest Town Hall and The Mayor

Tony Bell, our local councillor greets us on the town hall steps as we arrive.
Tony chairs our debate : 'The Regal should be turned back into a cinema' For/Against in the Council chamber.
We were allowed to use the brand new microphones!
The Mayor told us some really interesting facts about himself and what his job involves. Did you know he worhed at the Halex factory in Highams park?
