Dear Parents and Carers,
A reminder that the Year 4 Super Sleepover is on Friday 27th March 2026.
Please note that you will need to click here to give consent for your child to attend, to let us know about their needs and to tell us when they will be picked up.
This is how it will work:
Friday 27th March:
2:30pm – Pupils will be dismissed from school at the earlier time of 2:30pm on Friday, as it is the end of term.
6pm – Pupils return to school in their pyjamas, with a sleeping bag, roll mat and pillow (drop off at the main office).
6pm-7pm – Pupils will take part in outdoor games and activities.
7pm-9pm – Dinner to include cheese and tomato pizza, and snacks from the snack bar, while the children watch a film (they will be able to choose from a choice of two films -one will be shown in the main hall and the other in the small hall).
9pm – Parents have the option to pick up pupils who do not wish to sleepover (pick up from the KS1 playground).
9:30pm – Lights out – everyone sleeps.
Saturday 28th March:
7am-8am – Breakfast (cereal, yoghurt or fruit and juice) will be served.
8am – Parents and carers to collect children from the KS1 playground.
Mr Tromans, Mr Rogers, Mr Solomon, Dale, Miss Simons, Miss Walter and Ms Ali will be in school all night to supervise the children. Ms Addai, Mrs Halpin and Mrs Chatterton will also be supervising until 9:30pm on the Friday.
