Phonics in Nursery

This term we have started learning phonics 

Phonics is part of our daily learning in Nursery and helps children become sucessful at reading and writing in Reception.

As your child moves through their Phonics journey, we will talk more to you about how you can support at home. For those of you new to phonics or for those who would like a refresher, here are some videos that help explain what phoncs is and how we learn phonics at Handsworth
