Table Tennis at Chingford Foundation

Three teams represented Handsworth at Chingford Foundation on Monday night in a Waltham Forest Table Tennis competition.
Again, everyone achieved personal successes and all twelve children represented the school admirably. Some of the children were accessing competition for the first time and it was great to see the motivation and enjoyment on show.
One of the boys' teams got to the very final game and lost by a solitary point. There were extremely unfortunate but their attitude in defeat was exemplary.
The girls' team won their group and then the final so they will go on to the Borough finals in November. We wish them the best of luck.
