Year 5/6 running club

Running club has been a huge success this year, with nearly 30 children across year 5 and 6 joining the group on a Thursday after school.
The group have run up to Highams Park and taken part in a running exercise and then run back to Handsworth. They have all worked really hard and improved their stamina.
Well done to all and thank you to Mrs McDermott, Ian and Adam for their help. Without these volunteers, it would not be possible to take so many children.
If you are interested in the running club, we will try to organise one in the Spring term. Please see Mr Tromans and let him know of your interest if you are in Year 5 or 6.
