Lesson five: Re-writing and presenting
Re-read your piece one more time - this time concentrating on the beginning and the end.
- Is your first sentence going to hook your reader in?
- What about the end? Does your writing end satisfactorily or is your story left hanging?
Remember that taking time to edit your writing twice – on different days – will allow you to develp a more in depth piece.
Once you are happy with your draft, I write it out neatly. I would like to read the best piece of writing that you can submit. I want to be able to see the time and effort you have put into it.
