In English we have been studying the book Aaaarrgghh Spider!

Thank you for the photos Ms Nadeem, we love seeing what our children get up to in school. I bet they had fun looking for the spiders...I know Joshua loves bug hunting. xx

I like spiders! They're not scary! They are nice and friendly and arachnids! I really want to go looking for bugs again! I would also look in my house and under the climbing frame because I saw some webs there! I would like a pet spider since they are lovely! from Cliodhna

The children really loved going on a spider hunt and it made me very proud to hear children remember spider facts, especially being able to say Cephalothorax! Well done Cliodhna for remembering spiders are arachnids - NOW...I wonder if you can explain what an arachnid is...?
