Maths - Bar Graphs

In Maths we learnt how to draw bar graphs.

We learnt about the x and the y axes. Can you remember which axis is horizontal and which one is vertical?

We had to write a title for each bar graph.

We used our tally charts to give us the information for the bar graphs.

At first we drew bar graphs on our white boards.

Once we were more confident we drew them on block paper.

We also had the opportunity to work with our partners and discuss the features of the bar graphs. We had to complete a tally chart and bar graph together.
