Whimsical image of an owl - Maths shapes and patterns

In maths we've been learning about shapes and patterns.

We used the theme of 'The whimsical image of an owl' to create our own puffed up owls.

We first had to decorate our owls with a variety of shapes and patterns. We used different colours too.

After that Miss Jordaan stapled another card to the back of the owl.

We were then allowed to fill up the owl's body with scrunched up paper.

We put our owls on the the tree that was painted by us.
