When Dav Pilkey Came to Visit- 2LB

We were all excited to have bestselling American author and illustrator, Dav Pilkey in school on Monday!

The day started with a fantastic assembly, in which Dav talked about how he started writing and drawing. He also gave away signed drawings of characters from the Captain Underpants series.

He held a book signing for the new release of his eleventh novel 'Captain Underpants and the Tyrannical Retaliation of the Turbo Toilet 2000'.

The children were inspired to write and draw comics of their own, some of the children have even started writing their own novels!
