Switch off fortnight

At Handsworth we are in the middle of Switch off Fortnight. Here are a few comments from children in 3RT:
Instead of playing on the computer, play outside. (Beau)
Switch off Fortnight is when you switch off things like the white board, the lights or the computer when we are not using them. (Nina)
I learnt that you only need one light on in the classroom when we don't need both and not to leave the tap on when you are brushing your teeth.
If you see lights on in a room and there is noone in there, turn them off.
When we are in the class, we need to turn off any lights or computers when we are not using them. When we are at home, we should turn off the lights when we are going out. (Annabel D)
We have learnt to tell Mr Tromans to turn off the IWB if he is not using it.
