Interesting Sentences

Hello,
In our Literacy lesson today, we were thinking about interesting sentences to make our writing more exciting.
Bailey - "Paul tried very hard to find a house to live in."
Luke - "There was great excitement at the zoo because the little boy's favourite elephants were there."
Emmanuel - "Just as Simon opened the door he turned around and saw the ghost of his granddad."
Hristyana - "Lisa was very sad when the boy kicked her because she was rude to him."
Leo - "Everyone dashed for cover when there was lightning during the rain."
Raya - "It was Bonfire Night and we built a huge bonfire which exploded when the fireworks started. The fireworks made pictures of sharks and other sea creatures and all the people were amazed."
