Celebrating and Thank You Electrifying Science Week

Miss Jordaan - 05 Jul 2020

 Dear Miss Jordaan,

Thank you for this. A lovely set of pictures which I know the Mayor will enjoy very much.

Because of the pandemic, we did not elect a new mayor in May, so for the foreseeable future, Cllr Robbins remains in office. I’ve made a note of the date 5 - 14 March for 2021 British Science Week and look forward to receiving an invitation nearer the time.

Best  Wishes Stephen Myhill
Mayoralty & Councillor Service Support Officer

What a lot of spectacular science there has been! I've missed Science Library this spring/summer. I hope that the children are keeping track of all the astounding science facts they are discovering so we can discuss them together again soon. Thank you Miss Jordaan for bringing science to life at Handsworth in such a varied and interesting way. Mrs Cox

Dear Miss Jordaan,

Thank you for your email we are so pleased we could help in some small way for the children’s Science week.

We will look forward to next year when hopefully the situation we find ourselves in has hopefully returned to some normality.

Many thanks

 Hi Miss Jordaan,
Hope all is well with you and the staff and pupils at Handsworth.

Glad Science week went so well – images are really impressive.

Of course, Brian and I will be happy to do something next year also – hopefully without the Social Distancing by then. Please get in contact nearer the time.

Best regards, Mike

This is an excellent reflection of all the different areas of science that we cover at school. Well done to everyone and keep having an inquisitive mind 😊
