Summer Picnic - volunteers needed

Dear Parents and Carers,
Only 4 days to go and we are still very short of helpers for our Summer Picnic this Saturday 24th July from 11am to 5pm.
We have also not heard of any potential cake donations for the cake stall. If we do not hear from anyone by this Wednesday 21st July, unfortunately we will have to cancel this stall.
Please see below for the current need for numbers of helpers, you only need to give up an hour of your time and then can enjoy the rest of the event at your leisure:
- Refreshment stall – Reception (RAO and RHH) Minimum 3 more helpers please
- Lucky dip stall – Year 1 (1MJ and 1IL) Minimum 5 more helpers please
- Ball in the bucket stall – Year 2 (2KC and 2MW) Minimum 3 more helpers please
- Hook a Duck stall – Year 3 (3LB and 3FB) Minimum 6 helpers please.
- Bouncy Castle – Year 4 (4SN and 4BD) Minimum 5 more helpers please.
- Sweet stall – Year 5 (5TC and 5JG) Minimum 6 helpers please.
- Cake stall – Year 6 (6RT and 6SM) Minimum 6 helpers please.
- BBQ (Two extra volunteers needed!)
- Face painting stall (One extra volunteer needed with facepainting experience)
