Final visit to the 3RT planter

21 Jul 2014

Last week we went back to our planter that we first visited in September of 2013.  At that time we had planted garlic, poopies and potatoes.  It was now time to see what we had (hopefully) produced.  It is fair to say the results were pleasantly surprising.

What did we find?  What had happened to the poppies?  What will we do with the seeds left over?  What had happened to the potatoes?  Can you remember how much the total weighed?

The children dig for potatoes.  Annabel and Zara look delighted by their find!!

DeAndre shows off a bag of potataoes grown by 3RT and Mrs Chatterton weighs them in class.
