Part 2 of 3RT and the aliens

21 Mar 2014

We continued our class experiment as not all the children got to take part on Wednesday.  Here are some others in action.

WATCH OUT FOR VIDEOS OF THE EXPLODING ALIENS, COMING SOON.............

We have also been carrying out some longer investigations.  Can anyone tell me what we did with these three eggs?  What did they feel like?  Why are they different now?

What is this experiment about?  What did we do?  What do the pictures show?

The egg that we put in vinegar with water turned bouncy because the vinegar burns the shell off the egg. The second egg we put in Coke and it turned a bit black because the Coke reacts with the shell. The third egg which we put in water stayed the same because the water didn't have any effect on the egg. Woody Prosser
