3RT and TheMousehole Cat

07 Mar 2014

We are reading the Mousehole Cat at the moment and will be studying it further over the next few weeks.  The children have enjoyed the story and even more so the drama activities we used to explore the characters and our thoughts.  Hopefully I will have some videos to share in the coming weeks, including some of these activities.

The children have already shared some of their thoughts.....

I loved the story. When Mr Tromans was reading it I was very apprehensive about what Tom and Mowser were going to do next. I also enjoyed deliberating how to act the story out. Annabel McKenna

Hello John told me this morning to use yes to chess web site. However, it turns out that I need a login for this, which is provided by the school. Could you please talk to Mr Bishop to let me have a login if he has already registered ? Boris

This story was really interesting to me because when I went to Cornwall with my family we went to Mousehole and we collected crab claws on the beach. Near the evening we had ice creams and then later on we played Uno in our tent and read the Mousehole story. Woody Prosser
